When you finish your studies at WUST, you are obliged to deliver to International Office the following documents:
1. Departure Chart for Erasmus Students (please print out the form) duly signed and stamped by the representative of the library, your dean’s office and if appropriate also your dormitory.

2. Transcript of Records to receive it please bring your Examination Chart with all the grades (ask somebody from the Dean's Office to receive one) to your faculty coordinator at WUST. According to the Examination Chart the faculty coordinator will prepare Transcript of Records. If the document is not ready, we can also send the documents directly to your University.

3. Confirmation Letter - this document states the period of your stay at our university. We may prepare one on our forms or you can bring your own Certificate of Attendance, if required by your home university. You need to bring your own Transcript of Records and the Departure Chart to the International Office in order to receive it. If those dates will be different that those on Mobility Agreement which was signed on the beginning of the semester, total scholarship will be count again and we will have to sign annex to agreement according to final dates of your stay.

If you cannot receive the Transcript of Records before your departure, please leave the Departure Chart in the International Office. When your faculty coordinator delivers Transcript of Records to the International Office, the Confirmation Letter will be issued or your Certificate of Attendace will be filled in and sent to your university by regular post together with the Transcript of Records.

You also have to remember about EU Survey which you will are oblique to fill in. You will received an email with link to website with survey about one month before departure.

I will be able to pay your scholarship after filling-in survey so please do it as soon possible.
