1. Check for Agreement
Contact International Office at your Home University to make sure there is an inter-institutional agreement between our universities.
2. Official nomination from your Home University
Selected candidates have to be nominated by a Home University via e-mail sent to erasmus@pwr.edu.pl and including the following data:

The following documents need to be submitted in English to the International Relations Office via IRC systen. Access to the system will be given after nomination:
Please remember that all documents must be signed and stamped.
After receiving your documents we will send them to a relevant faculty coordinator for the verification and decision. In case of positive decison we will send Learning Agreement and Acceptance Letter via email to the student. If you need original documents to apply for a visa, please let us know. We will send the original document via regular post to your Home University.
We will inform you via e-mail about the acceptance and about each further step (please remember to write a correct e-mail address in your Application Form).
