After your arrival
Welcome Days
All incoming students are obligated to take part in Welcome Days and Health and Safety Training organized by Wrocław Tech. The detailed plan of the event will be posted on our website and sent to all students via email.
Confirmation of Arrival
Students who are required to sign the Confirmation of Arrival should upload the document to the IRC system. If you need an original document to be signed, please email us first to book an appointment.
HOW to GET and PAY for your student ID card?
Please download the Student ID Card (els) – application form from your IRC account, sign it, and upload it again in the IRC system. It will be automatically sent via e-mail to the relevant dean’s officer indicated in the table below.
You have to pay the fee of 22 PLN to your individual bank account which can be found in your USOS account, where you will also have the possibility to pay the fee online, which we strongly recommend.
