Procedure for Submitting Complaints and Requests within the Erasmus+ Programme
1. Submitting a case
A student may submit a complaint or request:
directly to the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator,
to the Faculty Coordinator, if the matter concerns academic or organizational issues at the faculty.
2. Form of submission
A complaint/request may be submitted:
in writing (by e-mail or in paper form),
orally – during the Coordinator’s office hours.
3. Case review
The Coordinator analyses the submission and undertakes explanatory actions.
If necessary, the student may be asked to provide additional information or documents.
The student will be informed of the outcome of the case in writing (by e-mail).
The case will be considered within 30 calendar days.
4. Appeal
If the student is not satisfied with the decision, they may refer the matter to the Director of the Centre for National and International Relations.
5. Confidentiality
All submissions are handled confidentially and with respect for the student’s rights.
