Prolongation of stay
PROLONGATION FOR A SUMMER SEMESTER
I would like to inform you that you can apply for prolongation of your stay for the summer semester (if the bilateral agreement between your home university and WUST allows it; please get information at your home university). You can also reduce your stay if you were admitted for the whole academic year.
The deadline for submitting the documents to the IRC system is November 15.
In order to apply for prolongation, you have to submit in the IRC system the following documents:
The application for prolongation/reduction signed first by a coordinator from your home university and, of course, by yourself, then uploaded to the IRC system and confirmed by your university through the system. Then we will forward it to the WUST coordinator to be signed. A new learning agreement for the summer semester has to be signed first by your coordinator from your home university and, of course, by yourself, then uploaded to the IRC system and confirmed by your university through the system. Then we will forward it to the WUST coordinator to be signed.
After both documents are signed, we will issue an Acceptance Letter for Prolongation, which will be available in the IRC system.
In order to apply for a reduction, you have to submit in the IRC system the following document:
