On October 5-6, the inaugural meeting of joint workshops for Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Technische Universität Dresden was held. The representatives of faculties, scientific discipline councils and university authorities took part in the event in Dresden. 70 people participated in the workshops.
On the first day, presentations were given by representants of both universities and the examples of most fruitful cooperation between WrocławTech and TU Dresden were presented. The teaching staff and administration staff took also part in a special event called "Funding-World Café", during which they could share their professional experience and ideas for further cooperation between our universities.
The next day, guests from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology had the opportunity to visit four institutes:
Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology,
Institute of Mathematical Stochastics,
Institute of Acoustics and Speech Communications (IAS),
Institute of Electronic Packaging Technology (IAVT).
The next workshop is scheduled for spring 2023 and will be held in Wrocław.
