Representatives of IRO Ewa Mroczek and Kacper Panasiuk had a meeting in Baku with Mrs. Ulviyya Abbasova, Vice-Rector of International Relations of the Azerbaijani State University of Petroleum and Industry and with Prof. Rafig Jamalov, Vice-Rector of International Relations. We presented the offer of summer schools, talked about student exchange and short stays of scientists, as well as cooperation with the Career Office and the novelty of internships. WUST and ASOIU are partner universities and the meeting was aimed at identifying new directions of cooperation and inviting partners to Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

Many graduates of the Baku university apply for second-cycle studies at WUST, especially at the faculties of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology, as well as Chemistry.
