Office for Academia Europaea
1) Close cooperation with the management of Academia Europaea and other Hubs;
2) Handling and executing the development strategy of Academia Europea Wrocław Hub on behalf of the Hub director (Leading theme: Smart city);
3) Initiating and handling events within the Academia Europea Wrocław Hub, including in particular: webinars, trainings, conferences, special meetings, lectures and debates;
4) Preparation of thematic podcasts related to the Hub's program line;
5) Developing and updating the Hub website;
6) Editing information for the AE newsletter;
7) Creating documentation and reports on Hub activities;
8) Brokering the acquisition of prestigious lecturers from among AE members for the benefit of other units of the University;
9) Preparing and distributing welcome packages for new AE members.
