1) Coordination of the bilateral agreements and updating the database of agreements under the ERASMUS+ program, coordinated by the Center;
2) Administrative and financial support of the exchange of students of the first, second degree and in the Doctoral School, within the framework of international programs, coordinated by the Center;
3) Updating content on the Center's website regarding information on the implementation of international educational exchange programs;
4) Maintaining and updating the database, concerning international cooperation agreements concluded within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program;
5) Application for funds for the implementation of international mobility projects;
6) Development of budgets, administration of the database, financial and material monitoring and preparation of reports and statements, regarding mobility projects and international exchanges coordinated by the Center;
7) Collecting, processing and disseminating information and recording data on ERASMUS+ (educational mobility), KA 131 and    KA 171 programs;
8) Cooperation with coordinators of participating units and partner universities regarding agreements;
9) Recording project applications and projects implemented at Wrocław Tech within the framework of international educational programs ERASMUS+ ACTION 2;
10) Compiling data for reports in part, on international events organized and coordinated by the Center;
11) Point of contact and cooperation with public administration units, diplomatic missions and non-governmental organizations in matters concerning those undertaking and receiving education and students of language courses;
12) Providing information to foreigners on the full cycle of studies, scholarships granted by the National Agency for Academic Exchange, fees, legalization of stay, student organizations at Wrocław Tech;
13) Cooperation with institutions operating scholarship programs for foreigners, including the implementation of the payment of financial benefits to scholarship recipients of the National Agency for Academic Exchange;
14) Cooperation with the University's faculties in providing administrative and financial services to foreign students on undergraduate and postgraduate studies, pursued in English and Polish, studying:
a) as scholarship holders for Polish Government,
b) without payment and scholarship,
c) as scholarship holders of the sending party,
d) as scholarship holders of the University

on the basis of:

e) international agreements,
f) agreements concluded with foreign entities by the University,
g) decisions of the minister responsible for higher education
or the relevant minister, and students participating in exchange under international mobility programs,
h) decisions of the Rector of the University;
15) Organization of workshops aimed at increasing skills in intercultural competence and service to foreign students among the staff of the University;
16) Organization of workshops for foreigners on intercultural differences and adaptation problems;
17) Implementation, in cooperation with the Department of Information and Promotion, of international activities promoting studies at the University;
18) Preparation of activities and promotional materials on the University's offer in Polish and English, including presentations of the offer to encourage foreign students to study at the University, orientation materials for recruited foreign students, materials presenting the University's offer for cooperation with potential strategic partners and promotion of events organized by the Center;
19) Organization and operation of summer schools and other international events aimed at promoting the University internationally, organized on behalf of the University authorities;
20) Organization of events for foreigners participating in international mobility projects, undertaking and receiving education and graduates of the University in cooperation with the Recruitment Center, Student Activities Support Department and student organizations, including Admissions Days;
21) Editing a newsletter for the University's international community;
22) Coordinating the content posted on the Department's website and updating information on international events held;
23) Updating content on the Center's website regarding information on the implementation of international educational exchange programs;
24) Maintaining social media profiles dedicated to international student activities and educational exchange programs, in cooperation with the Information and Promotion Department;
25) Collecting, processing and disseminating information, regarding scholarship offers for students and academic staff
