Mobile vaccination point to be accessed on 01/10/2021 on the campus od WUST. Location: car park close to C-6 building, address: 4/6 C.K Norwida st., time: 12:00 - 16:00.

Prior to vaccination one fills in a form and is examined by the doctor. Vaccination with either the two-dose Pfizer-BioNTech or one-dose Johnson&Johnson. Foreigners can also be vaccinated. You need to have a passport/ID card with you.

Persons aged under 18 need to have the form signed by the parents/guardians with them. Authorised persons can be vaccinated with the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech.
