Long awaited moment of announcing the winners of the SHOT! 2022 photography contest for foreign students of Wrocław Tech has come.

We received 79 photos from 25 students representing 13 different countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, El Salvador, Ethiopia, France, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine. A big thank you to all of you.

Today we are happy to announce the results.

Laureates chosen by the Jury and their winning photos:  

• 1st place: Mohamed Amine Messaoudi (Tunisia), photo - Wrocław Główny
• 2nd place: Manuel Fal-Conde (Spain), photo - Dwarfs Rowing
• 3rd place: Alexander Tsekhansky (Belarus), photo - During a Storm

Distinctions granted by the Jury:

• 1st distinction: Heorhi Mirchuk (Belarus), photo - Neon Night
• 2nd distinction: Ana Eugenia Menéndez Orellana (El Salvador), photo - C-13
• 3rd distinction: Bauyrzhan Marat (Kazakhstan), photo - Wrocław Cathedral

Congratulations! 

Winner’s photos and other selected works will be printed out and exhibited on the market square in Wroclaw (the northern side)  from June 1st – 19th 2022. We strongly encourage you to visit it!

The contest has been organized by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology International Office. The exhibition of photographs is organized as part of the "International Centre of Wrocław University of Science and Technology - University Open to New Cultures" project. The project is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) within the "Welcome to Poland (2020)" Programme.
