WHO IS A BUDDY?

A Buddy is someone who looks after a student who has come to us from another country on a student exchange (or full time studies). Buddy's job is to make life easier for them in their new place and make them feel at home. Buddy can not only pick them up from the train station or airport, but also help them move into their dormitory and answer various questions about Poland and their studies. But most of all, being Buddy is a great opportunity to meet new people, culture and language, and to have fun!

WHY IS IT WORTH TO BECOME A BUDDY?

If you are willing to become a Mentor for a foreign student and perform this role well, you can count on extra points when you apply to study abroad under the Erasmus+ programme. But that's not all! By being part of the programme, you have the chance to make a lot of interesting international contacts and friendships that may even invite you to visit their countries. You can also learn about other people's customs and culture and improve your language skills.
